      Greetings everyone
      I have been practicing as doctor in arusha Tanzania for more than two decades . It’s tough n challenging to practice in a resource limited setting. Poverty, lack of education, distorted medical infra structure, poor planning, public sector dominance n scrambled insurance services are among the few challenges we have been facing.
